Ink Work
Template #1   

This series of Celtic Ink Work are on 8.5” x 11” paper patterns.  The samples are made using a 22” x 22” background fabric and are placed in the center creating an 18” x 18” finished block. Template #1 (purchased separately and can be reused) is used to create an 18” block.

Trace design onto fabric using a temporary marker or a mechanical pencil.  Samples are on a white tone on tone fabric.  If you use a darker fabric you may need to use a light box and/or darken the lines with a black sharpie.

Designs are colored by using Fabrico All Purpose Ink Pens.  Image can be colored with a light color pen which will be enhanced by the tone-on-tone fabric.  A darker color can be used to outline the designs and add contrast. 

PLEASE NOTE This template works for all designs, except BP-000"A Tribute to Ireland". Contact Bobbie to get the correct template for that design.
